Our neighbors brought us over a wild, edible Missouri mushroom today. I'd never seen anything like it! It is called "Hen-of-the-Woods". It grows to be an enormous tuff of graceful "feathers". You can find these in wooded areas in Missouri and they are quite delicious to eat!
