When it was all chopped off, she put her hands through her remaining hair and said, "I think I liked it better when it was long mom." She was missing it already. I told her not to worry, it would grow back quickly. She jumped off the counter and didn't waste another moment thinking on it. She spent the next week flipping her head from side to side at her new found lightness.
