In July we made a special trip to Utah. I've made this trip a few times now and never tire of the beauty of landscape. There are always comments of how boring and flat Nebraska is, but it really does have it's own kind of beauty. Large expanses of rolling hills makes this part of the country rich in fertile growing soil.
