I always love the challenge of a lost art and homemade pasta noodles are sure to make that list. I went over to my neighbor's house yesterday to spend the day learning how to make oodles and oodles of these yummy carrot and spinach egg noodles. Kids and hubby alike are really going to love these!

Looks fun! I want your recipes for your carrot and spinach noodles. Mark and I picked up a pasta machine a couple of months ago and haven't used it yet!
My kids LOVE making homemade noodles, especially when we have Chicken Noodle Soup and homemade raviolis.
I too am interested in the spinach and carrot noodle recipes!
